Since Disney’s acquisition of the Alien and Predator franchises, they have made respectable new entries in both series on film and television. But they haven’t touched the combined AVP series, which was a very popular brand in comic books and video games before it ever got its own movie in 2004. Admittedly, the two Alien vs. Predator films are not great. Still, wouldn’t you want to see Dan Tractenberg’s AVP? It’s a concept with a lot of cinematic potential.
