“One time I was in a car, I was riding shotgun and my friendMikewas driving and we had water guns and there was a car next to us—our friends,” he toldBenny BlancoandLil Dickyon the May 19 episode of theirFriends Keep Secretspodcast. “They had them, too. We were just having a water gun fight.”
Though the then-16-year-old and his pals “were just being rascals,” the law enforcement officer who pulled them over didn’t quite see it that way.
“Mike pulls over and he has a gun trained on us,” Paul explained of the cop. “And he comes walking around the side and he says, ‘Alright, boy. Slowly, real slowly, hand over that water gun. And you betterprayit’s a water gun.’”
“And he has a gun on me,” theAnt-Manstar stressed. “I’m like 16.”
