Lil Uzi Vert has dropped a new single called “NFL” along with a music video. Although the rapper previously saw their song “Just Wanna Rock” unofficially soundtrack the Philadelphia Eagles’ NFL season, this new track is an acronym for the phrase “never fall in luv,” according to the title screen during its Be El Be-directed visual. In the clip, carnival imagery is spliced with scenes of Lil Uzi Vert dining out with a lizard tongue, counting stacks on a place, and rapping on a car as comets float in the background. Watch the video below.

Back in July, Lil Uzi Vert released the 26-track-long album Pink Tape, the follow-up to 2020’s Eternal Atake and its expansion, LUV vs. the World 2. “NFL” will allegedly appear on Luv Is Rage 3, their next LP which does not have a release date.

Lil Uzi Vert’s fall tour in support of Pink Tape kicks off in October. Over the span of a month, they will perform in major cities across the U.S., including Chicago, Detroit, Boston, Raleigh, Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, and Brooklyn before ending the run in their hometown of Philadelphia.

In February of last year, Lil Uzi Vert pleaded no contest to one count of felony assault with a firearm and one count of misdemeanor injury after ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd claimed they assaulted her and threatened her with a firearm.
