EXCLUSIVE: Deadline has learned that Regal Cinemas has hired Rob Westerling as its SVP of US Content. The news comes in the wake of Regal Theatres VP and Head of Film Andrew Turner exiting. Westerling was recently VP of Content and Programming at Harkins Theatres in Scottsdale, AZ. He starts the new gig at Regal on Monday,
