The 2025 ACE Eddie Awards are the latest Hollywood event to be postponed amid the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires. The 75th annual ceremony celebrating the best editing of the year in film, television and documentaries was originally set for Saturday. A new date announcement is coming soon, said the American Cinema Editors (ACE) on Monday night.

Wicked director Jon M. Chu will receive the ACE Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year Award from the American Cinema Editors (ACE), it was announced on Monday. The award recognizes “an artist who exemplifies distinguished achievement in the art and business of film,” according to ACE. Film editors Maysie Hoy and Paul Hirsch will also
