It looks like Lana Del Rey has announced a new album called The Right Person Will Stay. On Instagram, she wrote about music that she made with Jack Antonoff, Drew Erickson, and someone she calls “Luke” (potentially the Australian musician Luke Howard, who worked with Del Rey and her father, Rob Grant, on Lost at Sea). Here’s Del Rey’s full message:

‘The right person will stay’

Out may 21
so grateful that my 13 tracks came together with my beautiful work between Luke, Jack and Drew Erickson amongst others. Happy for you to hear a few songs coming up before Stagecoach 🚴 🧣 starting with Henry.
Love Always

Pitchfork has emailed Lana Del Rey’s representatives for more information about the potential new album.

Earlier this year, Lana Del Rey previewed her song “Henry, Come On,” and then teased a country album called Lasso. While she suggested that the album would arrive in September, she later explained, “I don’t want to turn it into something that’s half cooked, even if it’s super stripped-back. I want it to be what it was supposed to be.” Del Rey has now said that she plans to preview her new music at April’s Stagecoach Festival.

Lana Del Rey released her most recent studio album, Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, in March 2023. She will begin a newly announced stadium tour in June 2025.
