And one follower was delighted she got to spend the day with her family, writing, “Happiness always to you.”

Following the wedding, Jennifer and Aron jetted off to Hawaii for their honeymoon to go island hopping from Oahu to Maui to Kauai. In a video shared Nov. 17, Jennifer wrote that she got to catch up with one of her sisters and her girlfriend while visiting Oahu, adding, “We had a blast!”

Jennifer and her siblings made headlines in 2018 when her sister Jordan Turpin snuck out of parents David Turpin and Louise Turpin‘s home in Perris, Calif. and used a cellphone she’d taken from the house to call 911. The call led police to rescuing her siblings, who were living in dire conditions inside the house, according to NBC News.

The 12 siblings were severely abused, with several of them bound with chains and padlocks, while others were starving, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department shared at the time.
