ABC’s Station 19 is drawing to a close with its Season 7 premiere, which sees Andy (Jaina Lee Ortiz) step into a new role, Natasha (Merle Dandridge) fight to keep her role, and a hard choice between Maya (Danielle Savre) and Carina (Stefania Spampinato).

In the premiere episode, “This Woman’s Work,” “Andy steps into the station’s captaincy as Jack’s life hangs in the balance,” according to the network. “The team is called to a hostage situation. Natasha fights for her career, and Maya and Carina make a choice.”

In the ballroom floor’s collapse in the Season 6 finale, Jack (Grey Damon) hit his head, but with the other injuries (and deaths), that took a backseat… until the end of the episode. He said he just had a headache, but Andy (Jaina Lee Ortiz) worried if he had another concussion — and then he collapsed. Will he survive?

See below for photos from the premiere.
