GREGG SHARP TAKING HIS SUCCESS INTO HOLLYWOOD

 

Sharp Takes A No Non-Sense Approach For People Around Him To Win. Hollywood is place where people make their dreams come true. It can be a success, a grind, and struggle depending on what angle you look at, whether you’re an actor, director, or a producer.

For Gregg Sharp, an executive producer, Hollywood came to him. He was approached by Don “The Dragon” Wilson as he got his start in hometown of Syracuse, New York.

Sharp first started in his home state of New York after starting a few businesses that included investing in other films.

His first few films he’s been known for were “Born 2 Hustle”, “In the Cage”, and “Billy Mahoney”.

He took a break from the film business for a while to watch his son play football. Even when starting out in the entertainment industry, Sharp started out small with low-level budget films to build his way up.

As of today, Sharp and his team are taking “Born 2 Hustle” to a trilogy.

“’Born 2 Hustle’ is a trilogy of 3 sisters with the same father with a different mother,” Sharp said about the trilogy. “It’s about these 3 sisters where they’re caught up in the underworld where they inherit their father’s empire.”

The films tells the story of 3 sisters who had 3 different mothers and one father where they used their skills to hustle in the underground world.

The film was created by Curtis Elerson and shot throughout LA. The director of the film is Trae Ireland, who previously in acting that notably included JAG and Moesha.

The reasons for the “Born 2 Hustle” is about self-expression and the evolution of entertainment.

Sharp has carried a common and no non-sense approach when it came to his reputation. Carrying his ethics from what he learned in business, Sharp’s approach is about making sure everyone wins to be successful.

The entertainment industry can be cruel at times, according to Sharp.

“It’s a deterrence at times, cutthroat, people’s intention, and it’s a me business,” said Sharp in the drawbacks in the entertainment industry.

When it comes to a finished product, there are different sectors of content.

It includes a specific audience, level of fasting, some will critique (whether it’s a positive, mixed, or negative review), people will look at it and well-acted and entertaining.
