Gangsta Boo, the Memphis rapper arguably best known as a member of Three 6 Mafia, died earlier this year. An autopsy report has revealed that the cause of death was an accidental overdose Memphis news stations Fox 13 and Action News 5 report. Fentanyl, cocaine, and ethanol (alcohol) were listed as being found in her system. Gangsta Boo was found unresponsive in her Memphis home on New Year’s Day and pronounced dead at the site.
