In the past few weeks, Megan Thee Stallion has taken to social media to discuss a July 12 incident in the Hollywood Hills that left her foot injured by two gun shots. That same evening, reports circulated that Megan had been in an SUV with rapper Tory Lanez when the shots were fired. Lanez was was arrested that same night on a felony gun charge. While Megan spoke in depth about the traumatic incident, she never identified the shooter. Now, in a new Instagram Live session, she says that Tory Lanez shot her. Find her full statement in the clip below.

“Yes this n—a Tory shot me,” Megan says in the video. “You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lyin’ and shit. Stop lyin’. Why lie?”

Megan added that there were four people in the SUV when an argument broke out. She said she then exited the car to distance herself from the argument. Megan then alleged that she was outside the vehicle when Tory Lanez shot at her while he was still inside the car.

She also discussed her fear when the police arrived that night. “The police come—I’m scared,” she said. “All this shit goin’ on with the police? Police is shootin’ motherfuckers for anything. The police was literally killin’ black people for no motherfuckin’ reason. Soon as the police tell us all get out the motherfuckin’ car, the police is really aggressive. You think I’m bout to tell the police that we, n—as, us black people, got a gun in the car? You want me to tell the law we got a gun in the car so they can shoot all of us up?”

In her previous statements, Megan has discussed having to get surgery for two gunshot wounds. “I was shot in both of my feet, and I had to get surgery to get the shit taken out, get the bullets taken out, and it was super scary,” she said in a statement last month. She added: “It was super scary, it was just the worst experience of my life, and it’s not funny. It’s nothing to joke about and it’s nothing for y’all to go and be making fake stories about. I didn’t put my hands on nobody. I didn’t deserve to get shot.”
