Though the new parody revival BH90210 depicts the heightened reality of the rich and famous stars of pop-culture classic Beverly Hills, 90210, the money these actors are making per episode isn’t exactly worthy of the show’s swanky zip code.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, original cast members Shannen Doherty, Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris, Brian Austin Green, and Tori Spelling aren’t exactly making bank off the event series they’ve cooked up. Each actor is reportedly making $70,000 per episode, which adds up to a $420,000 base salary for the entire season. That kind of money isn’t anything to turn your nose up at, of course, but is relatively reserved when compared to the larger-than-life salaries paid out to the stars of some recent hit series.

By comparison, The Hollywood Reporter noted the main cast of NBC’s Will & Grace revival were apparently paid $250,000 per episode in Season 1 and were bumped up to $350,000 per episode in Seasons 2 and 3.

The numbers don’t stop there though. Garth and Spelling are apparently making an additional $15,000 per episode as creators of the series, bumping them each up to $85,000 per episode. Priestly also reportedly made an extra $46,000 for directing one of the six episodes of BH90210.

Ultimately, it’s a nice chunk of change no matter how you slice it, so don’t go worrying that these actors need to start searching their couch cushions for spare change.
