Sony Pictures Animation is hoping to score with a new sports-themed animated feature from producer Stephen Curry.

The studio announced Thursday that the original movie GOAT is set to hit theaters Feb. 13, 2026, timed to the NBA‘s All-Star festivities taking place in Los Angeles that weekend. Tyree Dillihay (Emmy-nominated director of Bob’s Burgers) is helming the comedy film with co-director Adam Rosette (Orion and the Dark) from a script by Aaron Buchsbaum and Teddy Riley (Fairfax).

Plot details are being kept on the bench for the time being, and a voice cast has not been announced.
