Porno for Pyros have announced their first new song in 26 years. The original lineup of Perry Farrell, Stephen Perkins, Peter DiStefano, and Martyn LeNoble will release “Agua” on November 16 via Rhino.

“Now we’re here, and that same heart, that same desire to make music together, has returned,” Farrell said in a statement. “Getting together with these guys has been some of the most fun, the happiest times in my life.”

According to a press release, “Agua” is inspired by dolphin encounters that Porno for Pyros members had while surfing in the 1990s. The song is set to appear on a self-released EP that comes out in full in February. Also next year, Porno for Pyros plan to get back on the road for the reunion tour that they recently postponed.
