Rain presents itself like a straight, silvery punishment of steel rods. The rain starts very innocently at first but then the sky becomes packed with clouds, and gradually they drop bigger and heavier. The color is the sky with dark clouds like a mysterious shade….. such is the release by rising House/Pop music artist Irene Michaels “I Like Rain” via the iconic TRAX Record label.

Having been in the entertainment industry nearly all her life, Irene is now focusing on music. Her new releases are catching the buzz globally on Spotify playlists and other digital outlets. Just recently she has been nominated for the largest independent award, The Josie Award  for “Female Rising Star Of The Year,” which will be presented at the Grande Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee this October.

Aside from music, Irene also concentrates and has created “I On The Scene”, a luxury lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, beauty, and news blog. She is also the creator of a beauty line and has also penned a best-selling book. She is an accomplished equestrian, and has enjoyed her career for nearly 7 decades. The beauty queen is now becoming an established recording artist.

“I Like The Rain” is a heart pounding rendering and a colorful and romantic vision of the rain. This song is an original by Irene and Michael Levine, the established film and TV music architect. Irene has been performing in Chicago to large house audiences in a collaboration with Rachael Cain (Screamin’ Rachael) who was dubbed The Queen of House Music.
