The second weekend of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is nearly under way. Now that you have the schedule, scroll down to check out the live sets as they happen. Headliners Bad Bunny and Blackpink return, and now, Blink-182 will follow on Sunday night. Frank Ocean is not playing the second weekend; he pulled out, citing injury. Unlike last week, Jai Paul is scheduled to stream. You can also watch sets from Rosalía, Charli XCX, Gorillaz, Björk, Burna Boy, and more.
The festival’s first weekend featured the first ever Jai Paul concert, the return of Blink-182’s classic lineup, and surprise guest spots from Rauw Alejandro with fiancé Rosalía, Troye Sivan guesting with Charli XCX on “1999,” the Weeknd and many others with Metro Boomin, Tyler, the Creator joining Kali Uchis, De La Soul and others with Gorillaz, and many more. Bad Bunny displayed an accidental Harry Styles diss, Blackpink became the first K-pop band to headline, and Frank Ocean reworked his catalog (and apparently his entire planned production) while persevering with a supposed ankle injury.
Follow along with all of Pitchfork’s coverage of Coachella 2023, including a view from the crowd of Frank Ocean’s extremely Frank Ocean set, and an interview with the teenager who was determined to livestream it.
