Georgia rapper Yung Baby Tate has shared a new song via Issa Rae’s Raedio label. “Rainbow Cadillac” is produced by Wallis Lane, MikeWavvs and Jack Lomastro. Watch the joyous video, directed by HeatwaveGlobal and Jake Hale, below.
“I want people to feel good about themselves. This year has been pretty rough for a lot of us and, at times, it can be very bleak,” Yung Baby Tate said in a statement. “At the end of every storm, the rainbow comes back out, and this project is me becoming that musical rainbow again to remind people it’s gonna be alright.”
Two of Yung Baby Tate’s songs —“Do Me Like That” and “Never Lonely”—were included on the Insecure Season 4 soundtrack. In 2019, she shared her first full-length release, Girls.
