Lady Gaga was just one of many artists to perform during Global Citizen’s One World: Together at Home broadcast to benefit frontline workers and the World Health Organization. During her set, Lady Gaga performed Charlie Chaplin’s song “Smile,” which was popularized by Nat King Cole. Watch it happen below.

In addition to Gaga, Paul McCartney, Kacey Musgraves, Stevie Wonder, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, and countless other artists are lending their talents for the benefit livestream.

Last month, Global Citizen launched a campaign to support the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for WHO. Find more information on the One World: Together at Home initiative here.

Lady Gaga recently postponed the release of her forthcoming album Chromatica in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. She has not revealed the new release date for her record, which was originally scheduled to arrive on April 10. “This is such a hectic and scary time for all of us,” Gaga explained. She added: “While I believe art is one the strongest things we have to provide joy and healing to each other during times like this, it just doesn’t feel right to me to release this album with all that is going on during this global pandemic.”
