Oprah Winfrey is producing a new documentary film focused on sexual assault in the music industry. According to a press release, the film centers on a “former music executive who grapples with whether to go public with her story of assault and abuse by a notable figure in the music industry.” The currently untitled film will be produced and co-directed by Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering and is set to premiere in 2020 on Apple TV+.

Earlier this year, Oprah interviewed two men who accused Michael Jackson of sexual abuse for an HBO program titled “Oprah Winfrey Presents: After Neverland.”
