Can you tell us a little more about your self and how the podcast came about?

It all started with an Instagram post about doing what you want with your body, and loving it. I’m a comedian, and actor who has struggled with eating disorders and self doubt. The podcast is my way of talking about my journey on the path to self-love in solo episodes, and with my guests who have been so incredibly gracious, open, and honest when it comes to sharing their stories when it comes to the lessons they’ve learned about themselves in similar arenas. In this era of social media comparison I think it’s so important now more than ever to openly talk about these topics. Loving yourself, forgiving yourself, and approaching your life with gratitude and acceptance is vital for creating a fertile ground for living a happy and healthy life.

Do you have any special guests we can expect in 2020?

Yes, but I can’t announce them yet!

We love your body positive attitude! Can you share more about what inspired you to start the podcast?

Hot Pizza Ass is about loving yourself enough to live your best life on your own terms. I wanted to have a platform where I could talk about approaching your relationship with yourself with self-love, positivity, and acceptance – so I created it!

What makes you feel inspired or like your best self?

Love, of course! But I think we’re trained to look for and expect love from external sources – It all starts within you.

Where can we listen to the podcast?

Hot Pizza Ass on iTunes and Spotify!

Anything else you would like to share?

Yes. Pizza is awesome.
