On December 2, 2019, nine independent artists: Linda Marks, Colette O’Connor, Roberta Lamb, Mary Crowe, Cici Eberle, Meral Ekincioglu, Janna Maria Frolich, Anna May and Lori Zuroff, will be performing in the Women In Music Gathering Charity Umbrella Benefit Show at the Hearing Room in Lowell, Massachusetts. The Hearing Room is a non-profit listening room dedicated to building musical community and offering events on a daily/evening basis highlighting top and emerging singer-songwriters, musicians’ jams and open mics.

Women In Music Gathering, or #WIMG, is an inter-generational artist-alliance group founded in early 2018 by Linda Marks, Colette O’Connor and Cindy D’Adamo, CEO and President of LadyLake Entertainment. The group includes both personal support and professional collaboration, including doing benefit concerts for worthy community organizations.

#WIMG is teaming up to help the Healing Room grow its visibility in the local Lowell area community and beyond. As part of its vision to mentor young female musicians, the artist coalition is working to build a relationship with non-profit Girls, Inc, and hopes to feature some young female talent as part of the Charity Umbrella Showcase.

Charity Umbrella, supported by the companies of the ENVISION Indie Coalition, is a charitable division of LadyLake Entertainment developed to facilitate independent artists to give back to and unify with the arts community and community at large.
